As the founding member of Mittelholzer & Dibble, PLLC, Bob's professional career has always been inextricably linked with his commitment to public service. A fellow of the New Hampshire Bar Foundation, local school board committee member, founding member/board member and chair of the Community Health Action and Information Network (CHAIN), Bob has been actively involved in the affairs of the seacoast community for many years.

Bob's trial practice continues to be focused on insurance defense and coverage litigation and on representing both plaintiffs and defendants in negligence, product liability, automobile, construction, bodily injury, tort and subrogation cases.

A graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire, Bob received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master's Degree in Social Work from New York University. He is admitted to the bars of Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts and to practice before courts at all levels in these states including the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

In recent years, a large part of Bob's practice has come to involve helping business owners to identify and achieve their personal and business goals.  Sometimes this requires addressing the immediate needs of a start-up business.  Just as often however, it may involve working closely with a going concern to increase sales and maximize profits or helping the owner of an established business to value, market and sell a business as part of a retirement strategy.

Bob Mittelholzer and the attorneys at Mittelholzer & Dibble, PLLC have the background and experience to handle all aspects of a case through trial if necessary to a successful conclusion.
